Please send us an email with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line, we will try our best to stop the order. If you have already received shipping confirmation, or if your order has been processed and fulfilled we will not be able to cancel your order.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit, change, or remove any of the products in your order. However, if we can catch the order before it is fulfilled, we can cancel it, and you can place another order with the correct items.

In printing terms, a proof is a one-off copy of your document after all modifications and printing setup processes have been completed. It is your last and best opportunity to make sure that the print job comes out the way you want. By carefully inspecting the proof, you can help us assure an accurate, flawless delivery of your print job on the first run.
